A detailed review was carried out on legacy station control computers used by a client throughout their nation-wide network of substations.  Each installation as reviewed for condition, operational usage and a detailed upgrade path was prepared.

The deliverables included a full report on existing condition,  options and costings for development, and a project plan for deploying the upgrade across the company.
