Service Migration to New Network
Detailed design for migration of in-service communication services from a nation-wide varied and comprehensive legacy radio and fibre optic PDH telecommunications network to the client’s new SDH high-capacity network.
These designs included ensuring the new service connections meet stringent performance and architecture standards, and providing detailed instructions to maintain services during the migration process.
Services migrated include transmission line teleprotection, substation remote control, operational voice (utilising a new rollout of VoIP) and corporate WAN
