Carry out detailed desktop analysis of three manufacturers distance protection products.  The basic aim of each evaluation is to identify inadequacies in the product design, specific traps or concerns when applying the relay, and non-conformance with the customers functionality requirements or standard practices.  The level of technical detail goes significantly deeper than what is generally published in relay manuals, with technical papers and manufacturer responses to targeted questions being a vital input into the evaluation.
