Defining the scope of work requirements for the installation of duplicate main protection, bus bar protection, bus section CB, and CB Fail protection at a number of substations.  Produce a conceptual relay single line diagram, assess existing CT suitability, identify cabinet and equipment locations, quantify relay requirements, and access dc system load requirements. Determine autoreclose, protection signalling, SCADA, cabling, trip circuit and VT supply arrangements. Prepare budget cost estimates.
