This project involved the conceptual and detailed design of the EHV switching systems component associated with the installation of an air insulated switching station inside a building in the inner city. The station included 8 circuit breakers, 14 disconnectors and 4 voltage transformers. The use of air insulated equipment and conductors resulted in much lower equipment and installation costs, with minimal extra building cost.
